    We qualify together

    A first call to understand your offering, your target clients, and check that the fit is real. No partnership for show.

    Framework agreement + admin access

    Signed commercial terms (per-minute rate by volume, white-label terms). We open your admin space.

    You configure, we bill the minutes

    You create your clients in your space, you bill them however you want. We send you a monthly invoice prorated to the minutes used.

The questions that come up.

Who invoices the end client?
You. The end client is your client, you bill them whatever you want on your grid and your cycle. On our side, we send you a monthly invoice for the minutes used across all your clients.
What is the per-minute rate?
Terms by volume. We discuss it after understanding your target scope (estimated number of clients, trade profile, geography). No public grid, no surprises either.
What does self-serve access actually look like?
Once the agreement is signed, you have an admin space where you create each client (name, trade, tone, FAQ, integrations) and where you see the calls. No need to reach out to us for every addition or change.
And support, who carries it?
Commercial support stays with you, it is your client. Technical support (the receptionist does not understand a call, the calendar integration drops) stays with us, we are the vendor.
White label to what extent?
On the caller side: fully. The voice, the tone, the name and the trade are the ones you configure for your client. On the commercial side with your client, you decide: silence about the technical partner or open co-branding.
Can we plug Occupio into our software or build a product on top?
Yes. On the vendor side, for a targeted integration (recap injected into your tool, triggering from your interface) and on the builder side, for programmable access to our service to build your own product on top. We open access case by case. Talk to us before mobilizing your technical teams.
